Food trucks have given the term “meals on wheels” a whole new meaning. And nothing excites a city more than having to play hide and seek to find the meal they so dearly crave. So it is no surprise then that one of our original food trucks, the Bun Mobile, continues to capture the hearts of Brisbanites near and far.

The Bun Mobile credits itself on serving up healthy and delicious steamed buns filled with the freshest ingredients which are enhanced by a fusion of exotic flavours from Asia and our own backyard. Basically, any dish that features a perfectly executed pork belly element, wins our hearts, and therefore the Pork Bun is our favourite.
