Buzz Bistro

The Emporium Precinct on the outer skirts of the Valley is one of our favourite Brisbane haunts. The precinct, named after the luxurious, boutique hotel that is found there, features numerous upmarket shops and food offerings. Buzz Bistro is reminiscent of your local cafe with higher than average cafe prices. The prices don't hurt too much though when you are being fed delicious and fresh food. Buzz serves up simple food, cooked well. Our favourites include their Tickled Pink Juice, which is refreshing and delicious, their seasonal seafood risotto, which is light and tasty compared to many of its heavier, cream-filled counterparts, and the pork belly sandwich, featuring soft and tender pork meat dressed with apple sauce, gravy and a side of delicious pork crackling. Buzz is a good cafe which we like to frequent when the bank account allows it.
